Deals on Wizard of OZ 3 disc Special Edition

Hey guys!!

Just wondering if anyone knew any deals for the Wizard of Oz 3 Disc SE? I see I could get it at DD for like $28 after 20% off, but I was kind of hoping for it even cheaper. Checking alot of sites it seems to generally be 28-$33. So if anyone could give insight into a cheaper price ($20-24 maybe) it would help. I personally don't like the movie but it is for a gift. Hate to be cheap but as I know many of us are...who cares haha.

Would you buy it if it was $24.99 b&m? I only say that cuz deep discount doesn't charge tax and cuz of the free shipping you wouldnt have to spend gas, so its practically the same as if you order from them.
 
I am also lookin for it as a birthday gift, I know the 2 disc is 16.99 but the cheapest I have seen the 3 disc is 33. Anybody got any leads?
