Unfortunately, selling of accounts on CAG is prohibited as mentioned in the Trading/Feedback Rules/Guidelines thread:

  • * XBL, PSN or Steam accounts, the sale of which is prohibited in their TOS.  This includes License Transfers.
Mind you, this was last updated in 2016, which is why [I assume] it is lacking of any Nintendo accounts.
