A) Stop looking at porn
B) Regedit, Hkey_local_user, software, microsoft, internet explorer, searchURLs

I believe that's it, don't go editing stuff if you aren't sure.

I'm assuming you're talking about Internet Explorer. All you need to do is go to Tools->Internet Options->Delete History.
 
So trying to hard the porn links?

If I remember correctly its under auto complete options in the tools menu. I haven't used IE in a while though.

Tools, Internet Options, Content, Personal Information, AutoComplete, uncheck the web addresses box.
 
It's sad when people don't even realize there are other (and much safer) browsers (and even operating systems, for that matter).

Regedit can really fuck your OS if your not careful. If you don't know where it is.... There is no reason getting into it..
 
Start -> Run -> regedit

(Just type regedit in the box and hit enter)

Very true that you can screw up your system monkeying in there, but it'll make for a better story.

I've had to delete stuff that way when it wouldn't come out any other way. It's just automatic for me to do it that way.

I will delete stuff sometimes so my wife doesn't find out what I'm buying her for her birthday. georgiadogs.com or shaneco.com make it pretty obvious.
 
I doubt your friends would be surprised that you look at porn, as they probably do as well. My only logical assumption is that instead of GirlsGoneWild, it must have been GayGuysGalore or something similar that you are trying to erase. Perhaps GrannyAndMidgetSuperHawtNekkidPoopyPorn?

When you see one you want to get rid of mouse over it and hit Shift+Delete. That will get rid of it.
