It's a pretty cool DS game, very atmospheric. I'd say it's worth 9 dollars.

For those that like shooting games on the ds, this is still the best controlling one on the system. The graphics are good but very limited in what you can see, the music is really creepy. My complaints with the game are lack of save points and oddly placed health packs. Great game though.

Part 2 is wayyyy better (1 had lots of issues), so you might keep that in mind. Still a nice price though.
