Desktop Wallpaper on Dual-Monitors

This may be a very simple problem and I'm just over-looking something, but I was wondering if it was possible to have separate backgrounds on a dual-monitor setup.

How it is for me now is if I place a background it does it to each monitor (since theres really no way to choose only one monitor in the wallpaper section)

Is there a certain program I can download to do this..or even be able to do it without downloading anything?

I'm running windows XP if that makes any big difference.
