Details on 4000 MSP and Mcdonalds $1 menu deal?

Hey everyone,
I saw some sort of deal with a possibility to win 4000 MSP involving the McDonalds $1 menu on my Xbox dashboard but when I clicked on the info pane nothing happened. Anyone have more details on this deal? I can't find anything about it in the deals section so if you do have info you could post it there too!

I don't know if it's a deal so much as a contest. Basically, you download the registration picture, and you might get 4000 points. Nothing to lose by trying.

According to the info from te dashboard, if you see an "Instant Win" thing on the dashboard (idk where), click it, follow the instructions, and get your points.

The Gamer Picture is something completely different (but related...wait what?)
