Disgaea 3 (PS3) - $21.79 at Fry's (Now OOS Online)

Thanks for the post, this sounds like a good deal. I hesitated when D3 was on sale for $20 for Gamestop's sale back in April and haven't seen it under 30 since. I may have to pounce on this.
 
I got this used from Gamestop.com for like $10 or so, it's OOS right now, but it fluctuates. Granted it is used so this is a good alternative if you can find it in stock.

After their spring sale however long ago, the in store used price went to $30 and they no longer carry new. Gamestop.com is $13, but I've not seen it online in stock since. I didn't get a PS3 til after this deal ended, so I'm kinda hoping Frye's comes back in stock online...
