DOA4 for < 29.99?

I'm looking for DOA4. It's around 39.99 at some stores like Bestbuy. If I use the $10 off print out coupon, it'll be 29.99, but that's still too much. Anyone seen it somewhere for less than that?

DOA4 is on clearance for $15.99 at Fred Meyer in the NW region. However, I can't find it in my area so I can't help you out though.
