Hello.

I just dumped a bunch of low-end stuff on the Amazon Marketplace, and some of it has already sold. I was looking through payment information, and I could have sworn that one of Amazon's payment options used to be receiving the payment as Amazon gift credit.

Do they still allow this? If so, where is it hiding?

Yup, it's kinda unfortunate that they removed a payment option, but yeah it's been gone about 2 months now.

Well, that's a bummer.

Any particular reason as to why they stopped? I would have thought more money going to purchases would have been a good thing.

They want you to stop buying from them. Amazon is the reason for the crappy economy, all my money goes there!

(of course I'm just kidding)
 
My guess is that they probably had problems with people doing chargebacks and then it's pretty much upto them to resolve it since you probably already used the GC.
