Thousands of users online and even the manufacturers website claim this thing does not leave swirl marks but I've done over 15 discs and they all have nasty swirls. I don't know what I'm doing wrong, I've tried following the manufacturers directions, I've tried following youtube user's instructions and neither seems to work. In the case of PS1 games it's even rendered them completely unplayable. Almost all ps1 games I run through the machine are read only as audio discs instead of games once they have been through.

I dropped $120 on this because there are nothing but shining reviews all over the internet stating that it makes  discs look like new again but I'm getting the exact opposite effects. I'm really hoping someone that's experienced with the machine can chime in and help me out here as it would be greatly appreciated.
