Does Live work with Internet Connecting Sharing?

When I connect two PCs with an ethernet cable, they can both use a single internet connection. Would this work with a 360? I guess this would be only useful if you're trying to share a WiFi connection... or possibly, dial-up.

Funny you should mention that OP - Just brought the 360 to my friends last who has dial up - everything works perfectly. Started voice chat with my friend and it was actually pretty clear. Didn't encoutner any lag online either. Cool stuff.
