Does Mass Effect 2 (PS3) contain DLC on disc or through vouchers only?

I know that sometimes "GOTY" versions of PS3 games have the DLC packaged directly onto the disc (i.e., DA:O Ultimate, Fallout 3 GOTY, Borderlands GOTY (later print)).

I was wondering if the Mass Effect 2 DLC (Kasumi, Overlord, Shadow Broker) was on the disc or needs to be downloaded from PSN.

The DLC(Kasumi, Overlord, Shadow Broker) is on the disc. Only the Cerberus network content(Comic, Zaeed) needs to be downloaded.
