Does Transformers War of Cybertron purchased off of Gamefly activate on steam?

It is 7.99 with the 20 percent off. I really need a new game to play but have an obsession with having all of my games in my steam library.

Gamefly will say if it requires steam. If it doesn't it uses there system.
