After being disappointed with the first game I passed on this game but this low price dragged me back. Now I have both games and hoping it'll become collector's item someday.

It's tempting to have, but realistically I probably have no hope of actually playing either installment without an understanding of Japanese Moon Letters.
 
Oh man. This is cheap enough and I think may be worth it for the pure weirdness factor. Time to see if there's anything else I need so I can use a coupon.
 
This got an even older mature rating than the first one. More bouncy, more of everything, although the Japanese reviews on Amazon agree on the control scheme being somewhat awkward sometime in battles and what not.

Order'd. Didn't get the first one because of the import price, but $19.90 is just too good to pass on. Looking forward to touching some witches.

You don't really have to know any Japanese to complete the game. Well you do need some patience since you don't know what the game wants you to do.

Stumbling blindly through a game doesn't sound much fun. Unless someone does a translation guide, there's not much point, unless you play games just to finish them instead of enjoying them.
 
got 1! this game makes a great showpiece to friends. and chronojin i think your missing the point, this is a game and hopefully should be a funny blast, at least for a few fading moments.

Honestly, I'm a bit creeped out that so many people admitted to ordering it. Eeeh. I suppose it was only a matter of time before the touch screen was used for nefarious purposes. So much for kiddie only games...
 
I can't believe Nintendo actually allowed this game to be released. I think I just found a reason not to sell my DS. Like others have said, the weirdness factor of this game alone warrants its purchase.
 
I tried playing this for two hours. I never got to that touch screen. I thought I progressed and clicked on everything on the map. Tons of dialog that I skipped through since of course I cannot read Japanese. In two hours time, I think I got prompted to make choices during the dialog about 5-6 times. I think even if I guessed some right choices, you have to warm up to the girls.

Even if there was a step by step guide (is there one?), I think a lot of patience will be required.

Yeah, I don't think people emphasize what a small portion of the game that those videos are, when they promote them.
