If you want a digital downloaded copy there are sites you can get CD keys from. I believe these are foreign keys but I'm not sure. You activate the key with the EA Digital Downloader application and you download the game straight from EA. They also come with the serial for the DLC that is included free in every copy of the game.
I won't post a link due to the post I original got my copy of Dragon Age from being removed. I got the game about a week or two after release for $28. the site I used has closed due to the Modern Warfare 2 debacle that screwed over a ton of these site since Paypal made them unable to accept payments.
But for a price comparison I got Mass Effect 2 from a different site on release day for $32, and that same site is selling Dragon Age Origins for $17.22 with the current UK Pound to USD exchange rate.
