Dragon Age Pre order stuff

Are you talking about the Mass Effect armor/extra party member/extra dungeon? If so, I don't believe that they're pre-order bonuses - there will be a code in every new copy of the game that allows you to unlock them. The only way you wouldn't get them is if you bought a used copy, and someone had already used the code.
 
I think the pre-order bonus is a "wolf charm" and "memory ring"? They should be getting them but are not in yet (checked today).

The Mass Effect stuff is with the collector's edition only.. along with a cloth map.. haven't see one of those for ages!
