Woah looks alot better than when they did it with Battle Stadium D.O.N. 

I highly doubt this will ever see a U.S release date for the same reasons the other crossover games didn't, I think it was too many companies here with Copyright issues or something similiar.

But yes, the game does look cool and it will NOT be coming out in the US because of those liscensing issues already mentioned before.
