I'm not sure if this was posted or not, but Gamespot's reporting that DragonForce's "Through the Fire and the Flames" is going to be in Guitar Hero 3. Here's a link to the story:

They better make this a bonus track, because I imagine it'll be around the same difficulty as Buckethead's Jordan on expert. In short, only the truly hardcore GH players would ever finish the song on Expert. Here's a YouTube video of what it'll be like:

I liked the band a few years ago partly because I was amazed by the speed that they play, but they aren't really my cup of tea anymore. They're also extremely sloppy live.

I can only hope that this opens the doors for a band like Dream Theater to get a song in Guitar Hero (or even better, Rock Band). They should be more well known than DragonForce, I reckon.
 
I guess there's a Metal band called "Dragon Force." I thought you might be talking about the rare Working Designs game for the Saturn also titled "Dragon Force."
 
Yep, members of Score Hero say it's the new Jordan (which personally, I hope they bring back for GHIII, for traditions sake :) )


They said it would be a bonus song, and most of them were failing at 1-3% into it. I can't wait for it personally. I love challenges.
