DS games for a 5 year old?

Looks like my son will be getting a DS for Christmas. While I have bought some games (Ivy The Kiwi, Rune Factory), I'm looking at TRU's B1G1 40% off right now. I know he wants "Magic School Bus: Oceans", but I also need to find another game. Suggestions? (He's a big fan of Lego games on consoles, racing games like Sonic Racing, and generally anything that has action.)

He needs a little help, but has fun with them.

How about "Drawn To Life"?

I actually got my niece the double pack of Drawn to Life a few months back. It's not something I personally enjoyed, but she likes it.

Her favorite game for the DS is Super Princess Peach. I've played through it and it was pretty fun. It's easier than most Mario games (later levels wise), but it can be pretty girly. I've never touched the Lego games before, so I can't comment on that. Would you recommend them though?
