ds screen GBA screen

is it possible to take the screen from a GBA (not sp). And replace it with the top screen of a fat DS (regular). My screen is cracked and i don't want to spend 30 on a new one.

No, the screens are different sizes. That's why the GBA games have a black border on the DS.

but what if size wasn't an issue, would the ds games be cut off or just scaled to smaller size?

it would most likely be cutoff because it uses a bigger screen. hence the reason why GBA games are smaller on ds screens. they used a smaller screen.

I really doubt you could do this because the pinouts on each screen are probably different, meaning you would not just simply be able to connect a DS screen onto a GBA connector.

if you're willing so bust up your gba, then just sell it for ~30 and buy a ds screen
