You should correct the title to say 3DS XL, since a DS XL for that price is awful. Though you might as well wait till BF and or pony up the extra money for the Zelda 3DS XL or wait for another sale (as they've hit $160 a few times).

It's a 3DS XL and it is not sold by eBay. It is sold on eBay.

It's also sold by one of those Chinese chain sellers. It might not even work and it probably is a cheaply manufactured generic shell put on a possibly defective unit.
