Mine is gone now too. It was there last night, $200 and something, and was working just fine.
 
Used up all my credit (had about $3 left) and gone now also. CN is one of the worst websites I have ever come across with the shittiest customer service I have ever seen.
 
If they're gone for everybody, it gives me hope that it's just a temporary glitch in the system that will take care of itself in a few hours...I don't see any way they could separate gift codes bought in store versus codes traded online or given as gifts legitimately.

A couple of weeks ago, they gave me a few coupons to buy movies as an apology for a previous screw-up. Only three of the six worked. I had to reset my password and give them temporary access to my account to try to place the orders on their end. From what I have seen of their operation, they are not organized enough to remove store credit intentionally. Some of their mistakes mystify me. 15-year-olds could design a more functional web site.
 
There would be multiple times that the store credit wouldn't show then show up later in the day but this is first time it says 0 dollars store credit

It's not legitimate for someone to give you hundreds of dollars of credit for next to nothing. Clearly he is beating the system in some way, stealing, generating codes etc. You can pretend to yourself all you want but if you think it's anything other than shady you're a fool.

I lost a bunch of credit but I agree. We all knew the codes were shady at best but bought them anyways. My problem is with CNs shitty customer service, if they take the credit because it was stolen or whatever they should at least tell me about it. Instead we have no idea if it is a system glitch or what. If it is taken away because it was the credit was stolen or something then fine I can file a PayPal claim. Since I have no idea and most likely never will then I am out everything I spent. And no I didn't gift the money to the dude like he asked precisely for this reason.

READ ME for info on pre-sale codes and distribution: Pre-sale new release code sales are kept in a spreadsheet in the order payment is received. They are distributed like this: blu-ray first, then mixed bu/dvd that weren't sorted by supplier and finally codes from dvd. I don't get the last of my codes until evening on the day of release, so no way to tell until then exactly how many will be blu vs mixed vs dvd. The higher you are on the list, the more likely you are to get a blu code if that sort of thing matters to you. By late evening on release day or by the following morning, my post will be updated with the format(s) for any remaining codes and pricing will be adjusted at the same time. Release day prior to the update is the only time both formats will be the same price; after the update Blu- ray codes will be priced higher than mixed or dvd codes due to supply and demand.


READ ME for info on redemption format: I never guarantee HD or HDX or 3D redemption quality etc because that's controlled by the issuing studio and also can vary by retailer (vudu vs flixster vs itunes etc). However, if I know where a code came from, it will be marked as such. Blu = blu-ray; Dvd = dvd and Mixed = code could be from either format dvd or blu-ray and I don't know which one.

Wreck it Ralph is a Disney movie so no "UV" code for it will exist.

IF, what you are asking for is the ITUNES version you'll need the disc with that you know.
 
i have the uv code for Breaking dawn part 1 extended edition and breaking Dawn part 2 looking to trade for other us codes these are from blueray and the code works for uv and itunes
will trade my 2 codes for some of the moives i want i only use uv codes not itunes sorry
