These may need to be rechecked. I used a MiB3 3D this last weekend and redeemed via vudu in the Men in Black 3 (3D) movie redemption screen and it only gave me HDX. I don't even see an option to purchase it in 3D, just the option to redeem via 3D that I used

I also redeemed an Amazing Spider-Man 3D code this weekend. It also redeemed in HDX. At least this one still shows a 3D purchase option (not that I will).

check your messages - can give you details on how to redeem properly and also assist you to have VUDU fix for you

 
The only movie that actually redeems 3D from a 3D blu is Hotel Transylvania. Vudu offers these other titles for redemption in 3D on there page, but they will not redeem 3D. Vudu has to add the 3D for you.
