This headset is one of the biggest problems Turtle Beach deals with, especially on their facebook page. After a month or two of normal use, one side of the mic usually dies out. It's happened to me twice, and I've since had them replaced through their support. Just something to keep in mind. The quality is excellent when they work, but that quality doesn't last long.
