I signed up for this app recently and it's paying off. The app is called JunoWallet (http://junobe.com/). You're given "Juno Credits" by downloading free apps and/or liking pages on Facebook. You get credit when you open the app but you are not required to do anything past that so you can un-install it right away.
You can turn in these credits for things like PSN Cards, Microsoft Points, Wii Points, iTunes Gift Cards, and Starbucks gift cards. They seem to be adding more prizes but there's no Amazon cards yet. I just cashed out for a $20 PSN card and I'm on my way to another card now, probably Xbox.
