Eb games xbox 360 Warranty

I just came back from picking my xbox up at eb games midnight maddness and I bought a 40 dollar 1 year warranty. When I opened my xbox i found that the faceplate has been cracked and something else behind it and I was wondering If that it covered in the warranty and If i could get another faceplate free?

If I recall correctly the replacement warantee used to cover pretty much everything imaginable. I remember some friends who worked at EB joked that you could buy a PS2 with the warantee, take it out into the parking lot and go "Office Space" on it, then come back later in the day and get a replacement. It's probably a huge stretch but I'm sure you can get your faceplate or something replaced without a problem.

i bet u wont have to buy a warranty again for it. i think its covered in the ebgames warranty for defective parts iirc.
