It's made by the same minds who built Dungeon Siege and its sequel, but you would never know while you're playing it. No group party fighting (just a single mechanical sidekick), very limited skills, incredibly short, no replay value, and entirely generic in every way imaginable.

I got a used copy for $4 at Half Price Books, finished it in about a day, and returned it for store credit. Pretty disappointed Gas Powered Games even put this one on the shelf.
 
I borrowed it from a friend and played the entire campaign...and wished I hadn't. It's an awful game...it tries to be Diablo-like, but no random weapon drops. The story is pretty bad. The gameplay is really repetitive. The combat is uninteresting. It's not even worth $1, let alone $5.
