Ebay/Paypal Partial Refund Help

I got the 360 I bought from eBay and it was DOA. I questioned the seller and we both agreed that she would give me a partial refund of $15. She sent me $15 Paypal and it was sent to my account, but, is being temporarily held. The seller says that the reason it is being temporarily held is because I didn't give her feedback yet (which is what she wants).

What should I do? Should I just give her feedback?

take what u want and could probably send it to microsoft and get it fixed and resell it for just as much

The console was DOA and the serial numbers were switched. I requested a partial refund of $15 and the seller sent it to me, but it turned up as Temporary Hold. The seller wants me to leave feedback now.

Should I leave ebay feedback now? Should I wait until I get my partial refund back?

What were the terms of the sale? Did she say "as is"? If so, I would provide feedback and send the unit back to MS if it red ringed. It has a 3 year warranty for the RROD.
