About one month ago I took part in a deal on ebgames.com where if I bought two Namco games I would get a $15 gift voucher via e-mail. I sent in the form and the proofs of purchase like the day after I got the games. I haven't gotten the voucher yet. Should I try to e-mail EBgames or is it normal for them to take this long?
