empty 360 game cases?

I'm sure i'm not the first to need some extra xbox 360 cases. I fell prey to the "may not contain original case/instructions" curse from our favorite retailer and I find myself needing a few 2 disc xbox 360 cases and a fistful of standard cases.

the closest I could find had a matte finish on the outer label and the transparent green was just dark enough to irk the crap out of me. Does anyone know if there's a channel to purchase empty cases direct from MS or any of their suppliers?

Go pick up some pre-orders that have cases at Best Buy and then return the pre-order, they just refund the amount on the receipt.
