It's been priced at $19.99 for awhile now. I believe it goes towards the ESA charity or something like that. I bought this back in February because I wanted to get a new copy of the first Uncharted and the two extra games were more like bonuses. Definitely worth picking up for the great price and the help supporting the ESA.
 
These are still available at this amazing price, picked one up today in Chicopee, MA, they're hard to find now but defenitely a great deal for some classics.

Yes they do. But they may have the 'NOT FOR RESALE' thing in place of the barcodes. It's been a while, but the copy of Uncharted may also be a red case GH. I'm not sure though since as I said it's been a while.
