escstores.com? anyone shop here?

Has anyone shopped at escstores.com? I'm looking for an old pc card to see if I can get an old laptop of my gf's up and running online just for the hell of it. The only place I can find that sells this card is esctores.com and rcsnet.com. I googled for reviews and someone bought from esc in 08 and had bad communication (no emails or telephone #s) with them, but the items still showed up on time. Rcs had bad reviews and they were from all the way back in like 98/99. Before I drop $40 on this card, I wanted to make sure this site is the slightest bit legit.

I wouldn't order from them.

I placed an order for a case they claimed to have in stock, but cannot provide any tracking information.

The last email I received said:

We have requested the shipping info from the manufacturers distributor and we will let you know what we hear back from them. Please do not email us back until you hear from us or it will cause you a delay in our response.
