European Playstation Store for us USA guys

The european ps store has some games we unfortunately don't have such as beats and go! puzzle. i really want beats, and i've already tried to buy it by creating a european account, but i get stuck at the credit card part. the billing address needs to be in the uk. anyone else try buying something from the eu ps store? any ideas? i really, really want beats!
