Im on a budget of $400. Just want something for browsing the internet, mostly video watching youtube and once in a while video converting. My budget is $400 here are the ones im looking to get, need an expert to give some input on these laptops. Im trying to figure out what Processor Speed is as these are lower than my 5 year old 2.1 ghz Acer desktop. Im leaning towards the Acer 17.3" AMD E450 as its got a bigger screen and the the Toshiba 15.6" Intel Pentium B950 Laptop . Thanks guys

if you want an expert option u should go to toms hardware shack

for what your paying though i dont think they are that bad. i'm just not a fan of AMD is all.:)

With your budget you'll either be getting a AMD APU or Intel w/ the HD graphics.

Basically, the AMD is shown to run games much better, but the general processing for everyday things is slower. So if you want a light gaming computer, AMD. If you don't want gaming, Intel (you can get a Core i3 for that price BTW, better than Pentium)
