expired reciept exhange at BB

I bought the hd-dvd add on for the 360 back when they were giving away the free heroes set. I just started watching the set and found out that one of the discs does not work. I bought the add-on around late october so I'm definetely past the exchange time but will they give me a break cause I just want a new one cause a disc doesnt work? If not can anyone tell me where I could just exchange that one disc or something. Thanks in advance.

The receipt wouldn't be accepted by the registers at the customer service and you will need a managers overwrite. Basically you'll be at the mercy of the manager. Call to speak to a manger and see if he is willing to take care of it before wasting your trip.

Contact Universal and see if they would do a replacement.

Thanks for the reponses guys. I guess Ill call ahead first to my store and see if their willing to do an exchange then if that doesnt work contact universal to try and get a replacement disc.
