EXT Hard Drive(320-500GB) Under 60$?

I am looking for a EXTERNAL hard drive. I need it to be at least 320gb and at max 500gb. I need it to be a 2.5 and USB powered. Any help would be appreciated. I see they tend to be on sale one week and off another, so maybe I am missing things. Free shipping is nice but, well you guys know how to be cheap. Please, any assistance is needed and appreciated.
