So I'm at the end of the game I need 6.1 mil I have 7000 gold on me.
Is there fast way to get money? I have bought a Blacksmith and Pub in Brightwall. Also does saving everyone change the ending or is it worth just doing it without saving them?

If you don't save everyone, you don't get the achievement. Also everyone really does die. So the streets will be completely empty. You'll get the "bad ending" if you care about that. If you want to keep playing the game after the end, you will want to save everyone, 'cause you won't even be able to use shops if you let everyone die. Although I heard that enough time passes, people do start reappearing. If you can find someone on Live to gift you alot of gold you could do that. Or grind on a level 5 job you're good at for a while and then start buying shops and renting out as many properties as you can and then wait for the money. I just left the game on overnight and had more than enough gold when I woke up.
