Yes. Two of them, in fact. One for creating an account and one for the order. In my case they came almost instantly.

You also get one when your order ships. Mine came in about 3 business days. Pretty good for .99 shipping

Well, mine have apparently been filtered...though I think the game should arrive soon, as I checked the order status on their website, and it says it has shipped. Thanks for the responses!
