Fair Price for Signed Naughty Dog Uncharted Concept Art?

Hey everyone,

I have a signed Uncharted: Drake's Fortune Concept Art Piece from PAX 2007. It is listed as #19 of 400. The print itself is 11x17 and is framed. Since there aren't a lot of these floating around, I am having a hard time finding out what this might be worth. Any ideas?
