Fall-Out 3 :: New :: $17.47

Went to Staples this afternoon in Prince George British Columbia.
In the Discount Bin, I found Fall-out 3 for the Xbox 360 for $17.47
Also picked up "The Pitt & Operation Anchorage" expansion for $14.97

About three of each remaining as of 1pm December 18th, 2009

Except, you can get Fallout 3: GOTY (containing all the expansions) for $29.99 or less w/ PM. Yes, its out of stock but it's been re-stocked in-store at a few FS, off and on.

It's a great deal if you don't care about the expansions though. Supposedly you can borrow the expansion disc from the GOTY from a friend or something and just install the content

I got like 1,500 achievements with the PC version. If I get it for Xbox 360 will I still get achievements? $17.47 is less than a medium pizza I order every 2 weeks.
