Fallout 3 Collector's Edition PS3 39.95 at Wal-Mart [YMMV?]

Just got back from my local Wal-Mart (Jamestown, ND) and they had a few copies of PS3 Fallout 3 CE for 39.95.

Not sure if it is YMMV, but I thought I remember all Wal-Marts being Universal in price drops.

Also not sure if 360 CE is the same, they had none.

Sorry if this is a repost, couldn't find it.

Just a note, but it's been this way at Gamestop for all platforms for a while now.(the CE)
