Walmart clearance means random brick and mortar stores have the price lowered, while 99.9% of them still have it for $59.99

It might help to specify if you want it for PC/PS3/360 though. I'm sitting on an extra copy for PS3 and 360 if none of my friends want them this week.

Walmart has a collector's edition for $29.99, YMMV. I also saw the standard edition at Sam's Club for $18.xx, probably YMMV also.
