We apologize for any inconvenience. Our records indicate that your order was shipped on November 13 2009. Unfortunately, it shipped well beyond ten days ago so we will not be able to refund the difference. Our price match policy does state that in order to honor a price match request the customer has to contact us within ten days from the day the order shipped. You may return the item for a refund and a refund will be issued upon receipt of the return.
