Gamestop has used games and accesories for B2G1 free. You may get lucky and find your 3 PS3 games used at one store.

Alas my gamestop had nothing. I also don't have a Fry's near me and it's 17.99 online from them.

Check your local Best Buy for VC. There's been some reports of it hitting the 50% bin. Everywhere else sells it for full price, and it seems to be discontinued. Not even Amazon carries it now.
