Few questions on the PSP

I want to get an adapter for M SDHC cards... 2 fit in the adapter, can I download from the PSN games that I purchase?

Is MagicGate going to stop me?

Also what's the effective read/write speed on the PSP, would/could a class 4 handle just fine? or should I look out for class 6?
