Is this game good on the vita?

Is the same as the fifa soccer (fifa 12) which is a great vita game. They just added some commentaries and updated the rosters. I'm waiting to see how much they will change on fifa 14.

FIFA 14 is coming out soon.  Possible we all see '13 version on clearance under $9 or less
