I had a program like this a while back, but don't remember what it was called.
I need something to change of a bunch of file names like One_Two_Three.w to One Two Three.w

For MP3s? I use Tag&Rename.

For all files? Use google -> "file renaming software"

//Is google really that complicated? :p
