Fire Emblem Shadow Dragon (DS) $10 at Walmart (YMMV?) in store

My walmart had a slew of Fire Emblems on the DS for $10. They were in the case and had a normal tag, so I don't think it's clearance, but with walmart you never know.

Their online price is still $30

I think these have been on clearance for awhile. I recall picking on up last year around summer for $10.
