That blue on black really clashes (for Wal-Mart).
 
Wish there was a good deal for Ghost of Sparta, I might actually buy it from PS store since there's no info on if the preorder bonuses are available in Canada. Sony waited til 1.5 weeks before release to claim Gamestop/EB will have it but it doesn't say so on their site.

It has nothing to do with the recession. If anything Canada is one of the few countries that did alright during the recession. It's that price because quite simply it's always been that price for games, the companies (which can be said for almost all industries) don't bother to change their prices.

I am currently in the process of buying computer parts and was disgusted when I noticed the rather large discrepancy in prices between our two countries.

I don't think it's too much at all for a game like Dance Central. Harmonix really seems to have done a good job with their new music game.

...I won't comment on the rest of the launch titles though...
