Folder Help (windows XP)

When Double clicking on any folder, It will direct me to the Search Companion instead of opening the folder.

The current default folder option is set to the Search... command where as the Open command should take its place.

This problem occurs with all folders only - not shortcuts. Any one know how to return the folders so it would just Open instead of ing Search?
I am using Windows Classic style.

Snagged this from another forum:
" Run regedit and navigate to HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\Directory\shell

There should be an entry named (Default) of type REG_SZ and it should
contain the word none.

If the (Default) entry exists and it does not contain the word none, edit it
so that it does.'

Thanks Cobra! You have cured the problem. Fix it from regedit, huh? Not sure how I screwed that up.
